Claiming to be the lightest and thinnest golf GPS watch available on the market (at release), the Bushnell NEO X GPS Rangefinder Watch is a super comfortable gps rangefinder. Ease of use and comfort make it a favorite choice of savvy golfers all around the world.
Like many of Bushnell’s other products, battery life on the NEO X is impressive. The company claims it gets 50% more battery life in comparison to its nearest competitor. A hefty claim indeed, but one they can back up with data.
Also, as you’d expect the NEO X comes preloaded with a whole lot of golf courses. Over 30,000 to be more exact. On top of that, there are never any download or membership fees to pay. Just pull it out of the box, strap it on, hit the course, and you’re good to go.
Bushnell packs a lot of great features into the NEO X. It features what they call ‘SmartRound’ score improving features. The device will automatically advance to the next hole as you’re playing. This is a nifty feature. There’s nothing for you to do, just play your round, and the NEO X will take care of delivering distances right to your wrist, no questions asked.
The watch will also automatically recognize the course you’re on, and when you’re there, the watch comes preloaded with key distance not only to the front, middle and back of greens, but to key hazards around the track as well.
Of course, more ‘standard’ features come with the NEO X too. As you’d expect there’s a built-in shot distance calculator, an odometer, plus a stopwatch and timer.
Above all else, the NEO X is legal for tournament play. Strap it on, fire it up, and play your best with accurate distances to help you strike confident shots.
