If you were excited about the prospect of getting your hands on a shiny new Jawbone UP3 by the end of the year, it looks like you might have to wait a little longer. The company confirmed today that it has decided to push the device's launch back until early next year due to production issues.
The company confirmed the delay in a statement to Mashable:
"Jawbone has revised its shipping dates for UP3 as they continue to fine-tune the production process," a company spokesperson said. "The band will now ship starting early next year."
The $180 wearable was originally slated to bring its bevy of advanced tracking features to the masses late this year, presumably in time for the holiday season, but it looks like Jawbone is going to miss out on that lucrative window.
