Kepler is a new smart gas and carbon monoxide detector for your home. Kepler is a cicular device that attaches to your wall, and resembles a Nest Thermostat. The current gas levels of your home are shown on the Kepler's display, as well as through the smartphone app.

Kepler uses intelligent alerts to warn you of potential danger from gas leaks. If the gas or carbon monoxide level become dangerous, the device will sound the alarm, as well as alert you with the companion smartphone app. You can easily move Kepler by detaching it from its mount and taking it where you need to. Kepler also includes a cooking timer, which can be set from the app, or by rotating the out edge of the device.

Kepler comes in white, blue, and red. It has already met its Kickstarter goal of $30,000 CAD, and the creator hopes to be shipping Kepler to backers by November of this year.
