Not everyone wants or needs the latest, thinnest, fastest, most megapixel camera phone out there. Not everyone wants to spend $400+ for an off-contract device. Motorola knows that, and it's why they have worked hard on the Moto G line, giving it three updates in less than two years. The 2015 Moto G is the best smartphone that won't break the bank. Available in either 8GB storage with 1GB of ram for $179.99 or with 16GB storage and 2GB of ram for $219.99. (Get the upgraded version)

The 3rd Generation Moto G features a 5" display running at 720x1280 resolution working out to 294 pixels per inch. It's 1.4Ghz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor runs Android 5.1.1. The rear camera is 13-megapixels, and it's all powered by the 2470 mAh non-removable battery. The phone is also IPX7 water resistant. Not bad for half the price of the most other popular flagships priced off contract.
