If you're looking for a way to get directions and navigation right from your wrist, PebbleNav is a pretty slick way to go about it. Richard had a good long look at the app (iOS only) right here, and he found it a great way to get walking directions. Starting today, you can find PebbleNav in the official Pebble Appstore to make for easy installation.

Well, apps like this require a companion app on the phone. I completely agree with your point but unless the developer wants to make Android apps as well then it is what it is.

I've been using Nav Me on Android. Shows text of the upcoming direction and the arrow but not a picture of the map, but it's been great fit me for both driving and waking so far.

Very cool use for a Pebble but that display seems downright primitive to me....reminds me of my trusty Garmin gecko from 10 years ago.

All in good time Kraizk, Rome wasn't built in a day, these things take time. And the demand has to there for a developer to make it a priority

It's good to see work in this direction but on the other hand I feel sorry for Android users who are being kept out of the loop coz the app is iOS only. On a different note, the navigation on the watch doesn't look as good as it could have on the other watches but I guess that is a limitation of the black and white display that users will have to live with.

That's actually pretty awesome... Can't wait for their new collection with higher screen resolution and better design :)
