The folks at Roku have just announced that YouTube is now available in the Roku Channel Store for all current-generation devices. This applies to all boxes introduced after July 2011 including the Roku LT, Roku 1, Roku 2, Roku 2 HD, Roku 2 XD, Roku 2XS, Roku 3, the Roku Streaming Stick (both HDMI and Roku Ready versions) and the Roku HD. Users in the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Republic of Ireland will now be able to browse the tubes at will.

You can still also send videos from an Android or iOS device to your TV when using a shared Wi-Fi connection. Great for opening a video directly on your phone or tablet without having to dive into the app on your TV.

Read more and add YouTube at the Roku Channel Store.

This has been available on Roku 3 for a while now. I've been using this feature since I noticed that the youtube app was available. Love it.

What does this have to do with wareables? Or am I missing something?
