We’ll certainly be hearing rumors upon rumors for the next few months until a solid date is found for the release of Apple’s rumored iWatch. The latest to hit the rumor mill if that the smartwatch will be offered up alongside the next generation iPhone in October of 2014.

The iWatch is rumored to be in the prototype stages but said to have a 100mAh battery and wireless charging that works from up to 1m away. No other details have been provided but it’s still way early in the game so we’ll undoubtedly hear plenty more leading up to launch.

Is it October yet? Seriously I think that the hype surrounding the iWatch alone is second to none, I can't wait to see apple's approach to wearable tech. It's going to be a very exciting year.

I wonder if once the Iwatch is released it will become mainstream. For example while writing government exams, strict rules apply about electronics and calculators. Except they don't say anything about smart watches

October can't come soon enough.....I guess it gives me time to save the $500 I'm going to need for this baby...SMILE

"and wireless charging that works from up to 1m away."

seriously? :D

october? the iwatch is hyped so long that it sure must be something so amazing. Oh well, I think there are already enought amazing smartwatches for Apple to be copied to make that "amazing iwatch".
