This is the loudest wearable you'll ever need

It's not quite a watch and not quite a fitness band, but hey, it does have a speaker. The Bem Wireless Speaker Band was shown off at CES 2014 and is now available for pre-order. The band is essentially just a small Bluetooth speaker that you wear on your wrist, but there are actually more features than you'd expect.

Not only can you pump out audio from your Bluetooth-enabled phone, but you can also use the built-in microphone for voice-command apps or taking phone calls. There are also full music controls however you'll only get about 6 hours off a single charge. Available in six different colors, the Bem Wireless Speaker Band can be all yours for just $49.99. Head over the link below for more info or to snag one to call your very own.

I just can't wait for my next bus journey if these things take off...

Apparently, those people who play "music" on their phones in public don't take kindly to requests. Fortunately, it wasn't me that tried that one!

Now turn on TTS and you hear every notification and incoming call spoken aloud to you.

I can come up with almost no use case for this that isn't horribly annoying.
