Sony is adding four new cable networks to its recently launched PlayStation Vue Internet TV service for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles. The new channels include AMC, just in time for subscribers to the service to watch the season 5 finale to the channel's hit show The Walking Dead on Sunday night.

The other new channels are WEtv, IFC and Sundance. AMC and WEtv will be available for all PlayStation Vue subscribers, while IFC and Sundance can be watched with the service's Core and Elite packages. Currently, the PlayStation Vue service is only available for residents in the New York City, Chicago and Philadelphia areas, but more locations will be added in the future. It will also support other devices in the future, such as the iPad.

I might have to check this out for next season as I'm about to cut the cord on my Cable company.
