Sony is currently pushing out a quick patch to address bugs introduced in the recent 2.0 update for the PlayStation 4. One of the issues post-updating is the inability to successfully wake the console up from rest mode, resulting in complete manual shut down and reboot of the console – not an ideal situation for the gamer who just wants to crack some skulls and win some races.

Update 2.0.1 for the PlayStation 4 should stabilize the user experience and prevent owners from suffering from mentioned difficulties. Unfortunately, it's not known just how many bugs are removed by this release, so do give it a download and let us know in the comments.
