As of March 1, Sony has sold over 20 million PlayStation 4 consoles. That's more than 20.2 million PS4 units in customer's homes across the globe since the console made its debut in November 2013. Currently available for sale in 123 markets, the PlayStation 4's momentum is set to continue this year thanks to exclusive AAA titles such as The Order: 1886,Infamous: First Light, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End *, *Bloodborne, No Man's Sky and more.

Microsoft has made strides in closing the gap to the PlayStation 4 during the holiday season, particularly in the U.S, where Xbox One bundles were on sale for as low as $329. The Xbox One outsold the PlayStation 4 in the US in November and December, with Microsoft registering sales of 6.6 million during the last quarter. While the divide between the two consoles may have lessened over the last quarter, Microsoft has not released overall device sales thus far. For now, Sony is winning the console wars.

Now Sony just needs to load up the streaming services for the PS4.

If Sony could get an app for the PS4 and their smart TVs to stream from Tivos located in the house I'd be in heaven.
